TV personality Ben Shapiro goes off on House Speaker Nancy Pelosi on Tuesday for “coordinating outfits with the Democratic Power Rangers” after congressional Democrats donned African-patterned garb and knelt in a demonstration against police brutality and racism.
Ben Shapiro on his TV show “The Ben Shapiro Show” said that Nancy Pelosi is a terrible Speaker of the House, but she is very good at coordinating outfits with the Democratic Power Rangers for their selfish reasons.
“At the State of the Union address for example, all the women were wearing white to demonstrate ‘purity of feminism,” and now, she got everybody in kente cloth.” Ben Shapiro continued..
Senior Democrats, including crazy Nancy Pelosi and Sen. Chuck Schumer, raised eyebrows on Monday for wearing the Ghana-inspired clothing on Capitol Hill, including during their kneeling ceremony. Critics accused the lawmakers of “virtue signaling” and “cultural appropriation, which is small compared to their secret agenda.
Director Jordan Peele also had some fun at the expense of Nancy Pelosi and her Democratic lawmakers who wore kente cloth as a tribute to Floyd.
Writer Steven Castillo mocked the Democrats with a photo shopped image from Peele’s 2017 satirical horror film “Get Out” of two of its characters wearing the kente cloth.
Steven Castillo captioned the image as “Democrats today,” the image was later shared by Peele to his 1.7 million followers on Twitter. This doesn’t mean they care, it’s just a political ploy.
One time national surrogate for Sen. Elizabeth Warren, also ripped into Nancy Pelosi and white congressional Democrats on Monday.
She said she still can’t wrap her mind around the fact that they draped these white people in kente cloth to ‘honor’ him. This has to be hell,” author Frederick Joseph tweeted, also arguing that black Americans are “being pandered to, and ultimately, disrespected.” Which is perfectly true.
She said in her recent tweet thread that Democrats were failing in their attempts to be helpful amid ongoing strife surrounding George Floyd’s death.
Speaker Nancy Pelosi, and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, who joined other Democrats in kneeling inside of the Capitol Visitor Center on Thursday was the major target.
House Democrats and Senate knelt for 8 minutes and 46 seconds to honor the Fallen George Floyd, representing the amount of time he was pinned down by the Minneapolis police officer.
